A handsome coat for town or country, our Jack Frost leather coat with sheepskin lining lives up to its name and keeps you cozy when temperatures plummet. Made of fine Italian timber calf leather, it features a Spanish Merino shearling lining that delivers unmatched warmth and comfort, hour after hour. A relaxed fit makes for easy layering, and a zip front makes for easy on/off. For added weather protection, the Jack Frost features a stormflap with four snap buttons and contrasting Italian calf trim inside. Adjustable cuffs feature two snaps for a perfect fit. Hand-warming pockets keep hands cozy. Sleeves are lined with Acetate Twill Satin and Thinsulate.

The "wow" coat; a classic and timeless statement piece.

I own and wear the "Three Amigos" as I call them (McKinley, Jack Frost and Carlsbad). I use the Jack Frost for a more casual setting over a sweater with jeans, cowboy boots or John Lobb boots. The palomino color is unique and classic/timeless. You won't blend in with the crowd on this one. The Jack Frost is warmer than the McKinley and Carlsbad and with just a light sweater on I think you'd feel comfortable down to 10F in this coat. Definitely the warmest classic coats they sell. At this price you are buying a coat that you won't want to upgrade or replace. This coat will also age beautifully. Much better than a black ski jacket that everyone else is wearing.

Worth every penny!

My ex father in law bought me a full length nubuck coat from Overland in Jackson Hole 30 years ago (my son in law has it now). This jacket in a 42 is a perfect fitted fit for my 5'10" 205lb frame. 44 would be roomier but a lil too big. The quality is incredible, as should be expected at this price point. I'll be in the CA Sierras in a few weeks, then to Jackson Hole, Wy after that for the thaw.

Super warm perfect fit with rugged handsome looks

I wore this coat today in 14 degree weather with 30 MPH winds to clean off the 1 1/2 inches of ice covering my outdoor car. I was toasty warm and the coat was still clean and perfect when I was done. The cream white palomino calf leather remains supple and the shearling lining keeps me so warm. The USA production makes the coat a much better fit for we mesomorphic types. The European cut is too tight around the shoulders and biceps. Yes, it is more expensive, but it will last forever and really is immeasurably finer than other coats, like my BB collection. I completely recommend it and am so happy with my Overland purchases. Plus, any dealings with Overland stores and customer service has been easy and really supportive. Thank you Overland.

Most comfortable leather jacket

I bought this jacket and wore it 2x, felt it was a little big, returned for smaller size and Overland was amazing about getting me the right jacket. Above and beyond the amazing customer service, this is the most comfortable leather jacket I have ever worn. Quality, fit and weight are fantastic and am sure I will be wearing this for years to come!
