Gorgeous hat true to original Open Road design

This hat is exactly what I have been looking for. It's pretty much perfect in every respect EXCEPT that they run WAY big! I had to return my original one for a smaller size of which in other hats would have never fit me. That said, customer service is spot on and took care of the issue immediately and with a smile. I have several items from Overland and this, like the others is a great item from a great company. I will be back for more!

Beautiful and true to design

Hat is just too big. I was so looking forward to wearing it this winter but it sits down over my ears and the inside crown hits the top of my head. Unacceptable. Why they skipped sizing from 7-3/8 up to 7-5/8 and left out 7-1/2 is odd.

Sizing is off

I bought these hats in a medium where the sizing reads 7 1/8. It is closer to 7 1/2. The sale price was right but I had to return them as I bought them in both colors. Smalls are all sold out, imagine that!
