The sleeves and body of the short will be 2" shorter than the regular.

The Hayes is a double-faced sheepskin. The fur is on the inside and still attached to the hide. The stitching is decorative stitching in a quilted grid pattern. The Sonia is also a double-faced sheepskin.

This is a double faced sheepskin. The hide and the fur have not been separated. The outside of this coat is the softened hide.

what is the liner made of, wool?

The inside of this coat is the shorn shearling (fur). The hide and wool of the sheep have never been separated making this a very warm coat!

WOW! WHAT AN AMAZING COAT. SUPERB QUALITY. I HAVE NOT HAD ANY OF THE ZIPPER ISSUES THAT OTHERS HAVE STATED THEY HAVE HAD. VERY HEAVY AND THE FIT IS PERFECT. EVERY TIME I WEAR THIS PIECE, I HAVE RECEIVED MULTIPLE COMPLIMENTS. I ACTUALLY CHEER WHEN THE TEMP GOES BELOW 30 DEGREES FAREINHEIT BECAUSE IT'S TIME TO BREAK OUT THE HAYES!!

Great Quality / Beautiful Coat

Would buy this when zipper issue is resolved.

Purchased the coat and was anxious to receive it. It took me about 5 minutes to zip it up. I returned it and spoke with sales who related they resolved the zipper issue. Called to verify and respondent had no idea what I was talking about. Based on current reviews, the issue still exists. Would love to buy this but not until the zipper issue is resolved.

Seems very nice, except that zipper

Hasn't been cold enough to wear yet, but seems like a very nice coat, substantial but not too heavy. Almost had to return it, though, due to that zipper. It has two sliders at the bottom; it doesn't have a normal stop at the bottom. So in order to zip it, you have to get those two sliders lined up just right and feed the other part of the zipper into both of them. If it doesn't connect to both sliders, you're not zipping it. Support suggested rubbing wax paper on the teeth and that did help quite a bit but it's still a clumsy setup.

Beautiful jacket

It's a beautiful jacket. And I really wanted to give it a five star review but the zipper is awkward and hard to use. It simply won't zip up. At first I thought it was the jacket I received so I sent it back and ordered a new one. I had the same issue with the new jacket. I've decided to keep the coat because I really like it and will just button it closed instead.

Fantastic/minor issues

Product is awesome. Fabric is beautiful and well crafted. Fits bigger than I was expecting. Zipper is a little cumbersome. Overall a great product.
