Meticulously handcrafted in the United States, in soft, lightweight nylon/polyester mesh that’s crushable and breathable, Gulf’s tall, airy crown is complemented by an authentic-looking braided band. To protect you from the sun’s rays, Gulf touts a UPF of 50+. An adjustable chin cord will keep this adventure seeker in place no matter where it goes.

Very nice hat but...

Despite the name, it's not truly crushable. I tried crushing it overnight to simulate a packed suitcase, and it got creased in the front vertical riser. Creases don't go away. My wife got the Crushable Mesh Breezer Aussie, and it IS truly crushable, pops back perfectly. Wish Overland made that hat in this color.

Poor fit

I typically wear a 7 1/8 size hat (U.S.). I used the size guide in the Overland web site, measured my head in both inches and cm, and ordered a size M. It was too small. Just sat on the top of my head. So I returned it and ordered a size L. Too big! Came down to the top of my ears. Had to return it. So I ended up with none. Too bad, because it is a nice-looking hat, and seems well made.

I would buy this hat again for myself in a heartbeat!

Such a well made beautiful, sun hat! I would totally buy this for myself. This time around I am gifting to my momma for Mother's Day as she spends a lot of time in the sun!

Wonderful hat!

It fits like a glove, except it's a hat! I'm a paddle boarder and wear it every time I'm out. Lightweight and wonderful UV protection! Plus it looks great! Worth every penny! You won't be disappointed!
