This is a nice, high quality vest

Nice fit, not bulky. Good length. Could wear under some coats or jackets. Plenty warm. Looks great over flannel, etc. Me 5-11, 180, athletic build...medium was perfect fit. This is a subtle look, in a style'lin leather, but low key outdoor work vest.
