A vintage, Olde West design that's built for service and made to last. Premium full-grain American bison leather gives the Bison Lapel Leather Vest an understated style that earns its merit both outdoors and in. A classic western cut with notch lapel and western yoke back, this robust vest accommodates urban mode or life on the trail with warmth and substance. Lined hand pockets and pocket-watch loop and buffalo nickel snap closures mark this champion design. And the brushed-cotton interior supplies two wallet pockets, one zip pocket, and dual concealed carry pockets and holster. 23.5" long. Made in Mexico.

Note that most bison hides will feature some visible natural markings, which is part of what gives bison leather so much flair and true character—each piece is naturally, ruggedly unique.

A quality product at a good price

This vest fits well and looks great. I expect years of service from it and told my son I'll pass it on to him, as I won't be able to wear it out - and he said he probably wouldn't be able to wear it out either.

WOW! What a great vest! The leather gorgeous and comfortable to wear - yet tough enough to last generations of use. My grandson already has his eyes on it, The quality is #1 in my book.

It is a great and highlight vest

Bought it for my husband as a Christmas gift two years ago. It looks so great on him. It is expensive but it is a great purchase and worth every dollar you spend! I am thinking to buy one for my brother if he likes to wear a vest.

Very well made Bison Leather Vest.

This is by far the best made vest I have ever owned. The bison leather is high quality and should wear for many years to come. Add in the concealed carry pocket and you wouldn't be able to ask for more. The feel of the bison leather is rich and the color is perfect. The vest fits perfectly and works for my western lifestyle.

Poor customer service

Bought the first vest, the color was great but there was a flaw on the chest (the leather processing) and a cut on the leather hem. Returned it days after received it. It was a gift for a friend that lives near Taos. He returned it, they did not have a replacement. He had to wait 50 days for the new shipment and they came in a different color. Not happy with the customer service. This will be my last purchase from Overland.

Beautiful Vest That Is REALLY Well Made!!!

The quality of the material in this vest is incredible! It isn't cheap, but you definitely get what you pay for here. This is a beautiful vest that is really well-made. The one thing that would've been nice is some instruction on how to use the velcro portion of the holster. Otherwise, this is great. I will say that it's best for a subcompact automatic or smaller framed revolver. It has room for a full-size 1911, but it definitely shows an outline. My Springfield .45 XDS with a 3.3" barrel is perfect in it. There is a nice array of pockets. It holds my wallet, phone, firearm, extra clip, keys,etc. Very happy with my purchase.

Expensive but exceptional quality product

The bison leather is supple but durable. The lining in the numerous pockets is very tough and the two largest pockets can easily handle a small weapon without a holster. I'm not in law enforcement but often mountain hike alone and do carry a hand gun when in particularly isolated areas. This vest is great for that application. It easily holds a wallet and large smart phone as well. The vest is a tad heavy, but this is a small sacrifice given the numerous usable pockets and generous cut. I use this vest often as it is so functional and comfortable. A final nice touch is the light chestnut color which seems to go with any other color.
