Emmet Wool-Blend Pea Coat

The look and material are wonderful. I bought this coat on sale and am very happy with fit, and warmth afforded by coat. I have experience with three coats as I needed to return 2. The inside armpit if you will tore easily after only wearing twice leading to return. The second coat came with inside pocket which for the life of me I could not open so this led to return. In all 3 coats, buttons become loose quickly needing reattachment. No worries with my wife's help we got it done. Customer service is amazing, helpful, engaged. As I returned the second coat and requested a new one they actually refunded me money because now the coat had dropped in price!! I was amazed that they would provide a refund!! So you can see I do like the coat sticking with product to receive third coat and not mind taking care of the buttons. With a customer service company so willing to help I give a rating of 4 star. Without customer service I would have given 2 star.

I ordered this coat for my boyfriend for our anniversary and it was perfect. The wool is extremely soft and the fit was just as indicated in the size chart. It is very stylish and good for walking around the city or going out to dinner.

I love the material feel. It's a warm and lightweight coat that is versatile for any occasion.
