Gorgeous hat, but a completely false description

The color of this hat is amazing as is the leather trim. But to describe it as crushable as anything, but that. This hat is the stiffest western hat I own. It's literally like a cardboard box. It's not even soft around the head and you clearly cannot travel with it unless you carry it in your hands or you have a hat box. I've tried to contact customer service and they have responded telling me I'm crazy and that it is questionable. I sent them a video of one of their hats. It's truly crushable compared to this one.

Buy the ticket, take the ride

Simply excellent quality, NOT floppy as other reviewers mentioned. Made in USA. Zero regrets - I knew I this was a keeper from the minute I unboxed it. Thick felt. XXL size gave me a little extra room which is perfect. Fairly round, but nothing that some time with a hat stretcher won't fix for my oval head.

Disappointed: Quality not up to USA standards

Ordered the Silverbelly Dominion and had to send back because the brim was not right (bent, creased, floppy) which went very well as Overland customer service is top notch😊 However, received the same hat back that I sent in for exchange. So I called and we decided to just order a new hat so I would not receive the same hat back again. On receiving the new hat I did receive it as I requested with stiffer brim but this brim has a crease/bend in it as did the first and it is not uniformed in its shape. So I will have to go and get it shaped. Overall, the hat is what I wanted just did not meet up to Overland quality for a USA made hat. This is why I did not give the 5 star rating. Let me state again their customer service is top notch as they are very helpful.
