Crossroads Packable Wool Felt Outback Hat

I have ordered a few hats from Overland and I stand by them, they have excellent quality and wonderful customer service. With that being said, this was the first product that let me down. I was disappointed upon opening the box, the color was very dark, a very deep forest color, much darker than the pleasant moss green shown online. The hat itself had a considerable amount of dust and dryer like lint all over it which I spent a few minutes picking off. What bothered me most was the look of the hat itself, online it looks to have some definition and shape, but the hat itself was a little wavy and lumpy, giving it an unkempt look. I tried to manipulate the brim to give it a little shape but it's all floppy and returns right back to a lazy look. It only likes to sit right atop the head, any push downward and it immediately bottoms out. As stated before, I love this company and I will continue to shop here.

The texture of the fabric is nice and the inside band to tighten to head size is a nice touch as I have a very small head. I am very happy with my new hat.

I own several types and styles of hats This one not on ly looks good but is the most comfortable of all.

I have purchased 3 of these hats; one for myself, my wife, and youngest daughter. Now my oldest daughter wants one! In my opinion, they really are the perfect hat. I've stuffed mine in an airplane overhead many times, and it comes just fine. Thank you!
