My preschool grandson last week was telling us that his feet were cold, He had been running around the house in socks not warm enough for this time of year and too slippery to be safe on their hardwood floor. AND their excellent and charming customer service person called one of their out-of-state stores to get an exact inside heel to toe measurement of an actual slipper so that it would be a perfect fit with room to grow which it is ! We'll be replacing these slippers every 2 years ! Very happy customers !
