My wife and I live in Kansas City, but visit the Omaha location as well as various Colorado locations. We have been pleased with our garment purchases and their performance. Loved the jacket. Color and fit were excellent. Unfortunately the leather didn't hold up well. Maybe I was just wearing it way to much. Again I loved the jacket but the leather ripped just over the right shoulder. With that said I can honestly say I've never had that great of an experience with a retailer before. They took excellent care of me and for that reason I will be a loyal customer for a long time to come

Great fit for long arms

This coat is extremely soft and feels great. Has a great drape and the color is eye catching though subtle, but, the best thing is that it fit my arm lengths. Most off the rack coats, unless listed as tall, are just a little short for my arms, I bought a medium regular and it fit perfectly. I'm generally a size 40 slim tall . When I walk into a store and find a coat I really like and it fits without special ordering , I buy.
