Excellent quality and service

One of the best experiences I've had dealing with a company. The quality of the product is top notch, but what really impressed me was the amazing customer service. Two times I called with questions and both reps were fabulous. Overland really knows the importance of customer service and clearly hires the best. Also, the return policy is the best.

Top quality

Overland products don't disappoint ever in style or quality. I bought various jackets and shoes before for my son and husband and this new one is a hit. It is insulated , warm but not bulky. The material is high quality and well tailored. My husband loves it. Overland products always last, I am sure this one would too

Beautiful BUT...

This is a beautiful coat and the fit is excellent. However, both inside pockets ripped the first time my husband put his phone in them. We've had the coat only one day; the phone went through the bottom seam into the inside of the coat. Overland customer service is always excellent and they are now sending us a new Bruno jacket (and taking the defective one back). But I am concerned that because both pockets tore in the same way that this will be a problem with this jacket. The lining is very thin. The sewing is faulty. This is the first time I've purchased a man's coat from Overland. However, I have a leather coat and a shearling coat from overland and I've had no issues with those.
