Brindle Cowhide Area Rug

Very colorful! Great addition on our bed!

We have purchased several items from Overland in the past. This last purchase of a new cowhide rug was a great find. John in the Jackson store has assisted in the past and always very helpful and friendly. We showed him a picture of the area we were interested in buying a rug for and he and another team member brought out several suggestions. We purchased the rug on Saturday within 15 minutes of entering the store. It was shipped to us on Thursday. It looks great in our Miami home.

The quality of both hides is exceptional. We worked with Marc, who sent me pictures to choose from, since there is not a store in our area. Once a rug was chosen, Marc emailed me the paperwork and within 2 days each hide was delivered to my front door. It couldn't have been easier, and we couldn't be happier with the results. No two hides are alike, but Marc listened to my preference for color, pattern and size and searched his inventory to find exactly what we wanted. I have purchased coats, hats, a fur pillow, a purse and now 2 rugs. The quality, service, and selection of Overland's merchandise is exemplary!

Unfortunately, it was so far off color from the stock photo that we had to return it for a completely different style. We'll see if the new one comes in as described. I do love this company and their customer service. Their products are great quality and all their employees are super friendly and helpful! I will definitely continue shopping at Overland!!

With each rug being unique, I was concerned about receiving one that was too dark for our home. I spoke to Live Chat about this concern, and they suggested requesting a rug on the lighter side in the comments when I ordered, which I did. Unfortunately, that did not help, and the rug we received was far too dark and was returned for a refund. Out of curiosity I called the Texas location, as its, the closest to me, and I believe I spoke with Edward who was a huge help!! He took photos of their inventory and sent to me, unfortunately those rugs were too dark as well. He then offered to call the other locations and get photos of their inventory, but before he did that, he had a rug hanging on the wall that he sent a picture of, which was exactly what we were looking for!! He shipped it out that day, and I received the next day. Couldn't be happier with the rug or the assistance that Edward provided!! I will be calling the Texas location for all future needs!

It is apparently difficult to order a cow hide on line... What I received although of beautiful quality was nothing like the colors in the picture. It was extremely dark with very little white. I was disappointed to have to return it. Thank goodness they make it very easy to do so.

The quality of my rug was far beyond what I was expecting. It's beautiful and to top it off arrived quickly which at this time is unheard of. I cannot wait to make my next purchase.

We aren't happy with the purchase but our only option was box it up and return it and who has time for that.

I walked in the store in Fort Worth and was greeted by two wonderful people. I had been looking for just the perfect one... with their help I found it. I was in town for a concert and was dreading having to pack it or pay a fortune for shipping but they told me free shipping and returns. Done! A few days after I returned home and it was there and it was more stunning than I remembered. The whole experience with overland was terrific. The two working the morning of 8/21/21 were so genuinely helpful and kind. Thank you.
