Gorgeous but with weird fit

I truly wanted to love this. The color is beautiful and it is well made. I found it to have a weird fit. The shoulders and bust were too big, while the zipper just barely closed at the bottom. Also, it was not as soft as I was hoping for. I I bought size small. For reference, I am 5'5", 112 lbs., and usually I wear size 2.
