Size small
I'm 5'4" and 120-125 lb, long arms, short torso, 32DD.
The first thing I would mention is size down! I have others from overland where the small is perfect, inquire about the garment measurements first, their customer service is impeccable and will help you get the desired fit. The size issue aside, the reason I only gave it four stars is the collar is too tall, I have a long neck and this was still cumbersome. The collar also has an indent at the top of the leather that I don't believe would be remedied. I don't think a lay person could iron out a leather collar. The leather is super supple and the stitching is beautiful, unfortunately the collar and overall oversized or boxy silhouette is a no for me.
