Would this blazer be too long for 5'2" petite?

Fringe suede blazer was beautiful!

The fringe suede blazer was very nice, soft. However, I returned it because it felt too big kind of swallowed me. I'm not very tall thigh for so it was a little bit too long as well, but it was very nice material. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase it if you're thinking of it.
