Seems like a great value

I was looking for a Spanish Merino sheepskin coat that is made in the USA. I did a lot of research and chose Overland for a lot of reasons. I bought it from their website, so I don't have a hands-on comparison to the other Overland coats, but this one checked all the boxes at a surprisingly lower price point. I strongly considered the McKinley and was willing to pay the premium but at 38" it's just too long for me. When I received the Anderson, I was blown away by the overall craftsmanship and impressed by the little details, e.g. the stitching around the collar. It's an investment worth every penny.

What a beautiful coat!

My husband loved the coat - unfortunately the sleeves/shoulder area was a little snug even though it fit everywhere else.

Beautiful coat - just didn't fit quite right.

I loved this coat but it didn't quite fit me. Therefore I traded back for a Jack Frost. I would definitely have kept this coat if it had for a bit better.

great shearling coat

This coat is very warm and is relatively light weight given its warmth; it can be worn over a shirt or as an overcoat (it's long enough to cover the suit jacket). I usually wear 40R suit and size 40 here fits really well. This is especially a great buy because I got it on sale for about $900. The only suggestion I have is to make a attached chest pocket / mesh pocket inside. This is a problem with most shearling coat: it's annoying to make pocket because it does not have a lining.

Always the best!

I needed a longer coat for more formal occasions. It is the perfect length, warm and snuggly. I also love the taller neck, you can't find that in most coats. It is perfect for the best of times.
