Nice style, but too thin for a vest/outerwear.

I love overland products and have bought from this store for over 15 years. I had been watching this vest for a while, and when it came on sale I was excited to order it. The workmanship is great, but the vest is so thin. It's a single layer of thin leather/suede, and I get that's part of the reversibility option, but it could be insulated or layered to give some warmth. It's just too insubstantial to justify the price.
