Alicia Vintage Brown Suede Leather Coat

I debated at first about buying this suede coat. The fox fur was a put off. I wish it was made without the real fur collar added. I also wondered about the style of the coat. However, I went ahead and ordered the coat. The suede is high quality and soft to the touch. The chocolate brown color is perfect.The style looks good on. The suede drapes nicely in front.It is the perfect length Mid calf between knee and ankle on my 5' 4 frame. I do love the coat. However, I didn't find the fox fur to be that attractive .It doesn't seem to lay right. I doubt I will wear it for more than 1 reason. Fortunately the fur is detachable. The coat was also 2 and a half inches too long in the sleeves on me. I left it yesterday to be altered.This is an extra expense to an already expensive coat. For reference I bought the Large size. I am 5'4 and weigh 157 lbs.40 up top,40 in hips,and a 36 waist,so a little more stomach. The button on the coat buttons perfectly. All in all I am happy with my purchase.It is a beautiful coat ,and I am looking forward to wearing it! I hope to purchase other Overland coats/ jackets in the future.

I love the quality of the coat and the color is perfect for the fall, but the style is not for me. I own at least 3 coats from Overland and with regrets I had to return this one.

love the coat but!!! I'm 5ft tall and maybe you should offer the option for short people like myself. There are a lot of us. I purchased a coat and a jacket at your Santa Fe store. the sleeves are too long but the clerk convinced me I could take them to a seamstress to get it fixed. The Alicia was my first choice they didn't have it in the store. I've spent over $3000.00 and now will have to pay a seamstress to make the adjustments. Other than that I love them, it is a big deal. I thought about returning

This is a gorgeous and elegant coat that is incredibly flattering. If you are on the more average height size It will be a 3/4 length which is great vs what they show on the model however I needed this coat for the winter for work to be warm. My salesperson never brought it to my attention that it really is for 50 degrees and slightly above. I was using it for si flew and low double digits I ended up returning it.
