Lovely quality, but damaged
Gorgeous, gorgeous coat! Unfortunately it arrived with the inner button almost falling off and the neck bungee piece connecting the collar hanging on by a thread.
I called and the return process was quick and easy. I was informed that this coat was shipped from a store, so it must have been tried on and damaged previously :(
They had me comment in my exchange form to specifically check the buttons and bungees. (I feel like a coat this expensive should be checked before shipping out)
