The customer service representative will provide detailed and accurate information to customers in response to inquiries about products via phone, live chat, and email. This is a seasonal full-time, hourly position with flexible scheduling and extended retail hours during the busy season. Pay rate of $15 per hour. This job may require early morning or evening shifts. In addition, weekend and holiday work is also common. The time frame is August to late February; working 10-15 hours/week during training, then 20-40+ hours/week (2-3-hour evening shifts and 9-10 hour shifts) in-season. Seasonal hours begin around October 1, where Customer Service is available from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday – Sunday. This position is based in Overland’s Fairfield, IA headquarters.
