Our Douglas leather postal bag is an update on the old U.S. mail carrier bags that hauled 80 pounds of mail and were built to last. Vegetable-tanned Italian leather from Tuscany has the look and feel of the 1950-1970 design, with topstitch seams, antiqued metal rivets, and a removable, adjustable leather shoulder strap. Use this robust, unlined tote as a messenger or travel bag, and its classic good looks will turn heads. The front flap conceals a spare front compartment for stashing accessibles, while the large main compartment organizes you with a wide zip pocket, pen sleeves, card slots, and a key clasp. Antique nickel hardware finishes the rich, vintage design. Strap drop 17-19”. 17” W x 13.5” H x 5” D. Imported.
