Overland Sheepskin is a tradition in Taos, New Mexico. Our first location in 1973 was a small adobe store front near the historic central plaza. Today, our store is part of the Overland compound just north of the village near Taos Mountain, the Taos Ski Valley, and the Taos Pueblo. Our cluster of stores also includes Mountain Home Comfort. A restaurant and other shops complete the Overland complex.
Be sure to see the wild creations of Taos native, Joe Graves, who turns tree stumps into chairs and ancient logs into seemingly ancient tables. (A visiting archeologist examined a wagon Joe made from bristle cone pine branches and estimated it to be 500 years old.)
You can look forward to hours of fun shopping, eating, or just relaxing in the beautiful gardens overlooking the Taos Mountain. A truly wonderful experience!
