If you're one for the mountains, chances are you'll love Durango, Colorado. This Rocky Mountain gem is buried among the peaks of southwest Colorado where the passes' heights reach over 10,000 feet. Skiing is ideal at Purgatory, Wolf Creek, or Telluride. And just west of Durango are Mesa Verde National Park and the Four Corners. Across the street from our store you can buy a ticket and board the Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad for a 47 mile ride through the San Juan Mountains.
