Do these slippers have arch support? Which of your women's sheepskin slippers are made with arch support? thank you

Hello, the Sophia slippers do not have arch support! The Alyssa slippers have arch support.

QUESTION:

Will the darker leather colors (gray, black cherry, blue) transfer pigment onto lighter color fabrics such as furniture or carpet?

ANSWER:

Typically, this is not an issue our customers have reported. However, as with any darker color dyes, that is a possibility. This is not something that we have many issues with and of course we do offer free returns and exchanges if there is any problem.

QUESTION:

What is the general width of the slipper. I have a wide foot and usually order a size larger if the shoe is not ww. Not sure how this works with your slippers. Is the slipper meant to be worn with a sock?

ANSWER:

We offer slippers in medium widths and some styles are available in wide widths. Slippers can be worn with or without socks. The shearling is a natural insulator and will be very warm without socks. The Sophia you have selected will stretch as they are a soft sole and don't have a structured sole.

Excellent slippers

The material quality is beautiful. The sheepskin is incredibly soft and the interior feels lush. I would say these run large.

Loved them, but...

I absolutely loved my first pair of Sophia slippers and do love the overall quality -- but the new pair I got are too wide at the heel, so they slip off or make me curl my toes to keep them on. I've tried attaching something to the heel, but it doesn't stick, and the Overland rep's only suggestion was to try a different model.

I'm Terribly Disappointed

I just replaced a pair of the same named slippers I bought a couple of years ago. I absolutely loved them. This pair has the same name and price, but it is absolutely not the same slippers. My previous pair came up a bit higher and the top part was thicker and could be up or folded down. The inside lining felt thicker and softer. The sheepskin fur was much thicker and the cuff area was thicker, the the slippers were so comfy, warm and cozy on a cold night. I can't imagine why the design was changed so drastically. This new pair I just received is just "ok", but not exceptional like my previous pair. I'm beyond disappointed. Please bring back the older design and quality.
