Our weather-ready boot beckons, with height and contrast that dazzles and comfort that lasts. From the suede collar to the warm wool lining to the treaded TPR sole, the Ilka challenges the elements in this statement design. Waterproof cowhide suede and leather from Italy with wool lining for warm, dry, comfortable feet. Full length inside zipper + pull tab for easy on and off. Cowhide nubuck leather trim with contrasting topstitch detail and lace up design for style and support. Seams sealed for resisting moisture.

These boots are temperature rated down to 5°F in moderate activity, such as walking.

This boot is crafted with an intentionally unlined heel, which prevents socks from catching and heels from rubbing, enabling a more secure and comfortable fit.

You can use a Suede protectant on the boots to help with dye transfer. We recommend Scothguard Suede or Kiwi brand.

I need a slightly wider foot. I wear a 10 Merrell and a 40 eu for my ridding boot. How is the width on these?

Thank you for contacting Overland, these boots run normal width, i personally have a slightly wider foot and these boots fit me comfortably. We do not carry these in a Wide size, if you choose to try them you are welcome to return them at any time as long as they are in new condition, preferably with the tags still on them.

We do not have a temperature rating on this boot. It is extremely warm as it has a wool lining throughout the shaft and foot bed excluding the heel.

The description says 13" shaft, 16" circumference - 13 is the height - circumference means around the calf. Circumference is the length of a circle.

Tight at arch

I have a wide foot and a high arch. These were wide enough but still too tight. Where the tongue was sewed in the boots were too tight. I could have possibly stretched them but didn't want to take the gamble.

Stunning!

First time I saw these they sort of took my breath away. Loved the look of them, but waited quite awhile to order. Quite pricey. They arrived just last week. Perfect! I bought the olive green color in size 39 which is true to size. If there are European sizes, a 39 is my size unlike regular US sizes. The leather is luxurious, soft and supple. So far I have worn them for short periods just because of opportunity. Deeper into the winter they will be on daily. No disappointments. Thanks Overland!

Love but way too short for me.

I absolutely love them but they are way to short. I am returning. Make them higher and I will buy. I even went to your store in Breckenridge Colorado this weekend. All of the boots are too short for me.

WOULD GIVE 10 STARS IF I COULD!

Tried these on out of the box, and don't want to take them off! The most comfortable, supportive winter boots I have ever put on. Lug sole will give great traction and support; love that the laces can be used to adjust for my narrow ankles and wider calves, but once set, the zipper allows for easy on and off; super sturdy toe (steel?) will make these beauties great even for heavy duty work, but somehow they are not heavy; sheepskin lining feels like butter on my feet, and bonus: they are uniquely attractive. Great quality: I expect these will last decades. Nice job, Overland!

Love!

I got the blue and black and they are beautiful. I ordered a size 40 and it fits my size 9 foot very nicely with a comfortable room to spare. The boot are well fitting right out of the box, once you lace them up to fit your calf. I have not worn the boots long enough to see if the top will stain my pants. Hoping that won't happen. If it does I'll try a suede protectant. They seem very sturdy and well made. I look forward to wearing them in the snowy winters of Lake Tahoe CA.

Everything about these boots are superb!

When I opened the box, they were more beautiful than I imagined. I bought the blue and they are stunningly gorgeous and comfortable. They fit me perfectly- I wear an 8-81/2 and the size was a true fit! I did not have any problems with the tongue, they closed perfectly on my calves. It's always wonderful when you get a product that you can count on for its sizes. Move over Freebird- winter is coming and Overland is going to keep me warm. Not a hit on Freebird-❤️I have 10 pair😜

Y'all these boots are amazing

LOVE them. They are very comfortable and I get several compliments on them every time I wear them. I usually take my boots off as soon as I walk in the door but I don't want to do that when I get home lol. I actually want to keep on. Even though it's not winter yet, I wear these now here in the mountains and my feet aren't getting too hot. They are true to size and comfortable to wear all day. The side zipper makes it easy to put them on and take them off. Plus they look so cute with the natural leather throughout.
