Have had my eye on this jacket for a long time. Husband surprised me with this great Valentine's Day present! It is incredible!

Beautiful coat but the fit was not right for my body type. Had to return. Return process was good and refund quick. 5.9/145pds, ordered medium. Fit back and shoulders but waist body too big

I ordered the Dakota, size small, in antique frost; the Natasha, size medium, in antique whiskey; and the Sandra, size medium, in both antique frost and black briesa. I decided to keep the Sandra in black and the Natasha. I returned the other two. The return process was extremely easy and the refund was quick. It was hard to decide, since they are all beautiful coats. I wanted to love the Sandra in antique frost, but I didn't; the seams were too obvious for my liking. In black, they are less obvious. The black was more formal looking than I preferred, but I couldn't resist it. All of them seemed to fit fine. I'm 5'5" and 123 lbs.

Love the coat and how it fits

This coat is a showstopper. The first time I wore it out, I received many compliments. Its very warm and soft. The quality of the coat is made to last, the price reflects the quality and hopefully the years I'll get out of it. I purchased it from the store and noticed a snag in one seem, the customer service I received was great. They processed an exchange quickly and sent me another one in just a couple days so I didn't have to be without it for long. I just ordered gloves and a hat to go with it as well. I'm a new customer for life.

Very pretty coat, runs tight through the shoulders so I could take my usual size (8 or medium) but it was too tight even without anything underneath when I tried to move my arms. I could have worn it and kept it but I was so disappointed by the service I received with the Denver, CO store that I returned it and am shopping elsewhere. I was originally going to order online but called the Denver store to ask specific questions about this coat and the salesgirl was really great (Callie) and talked me into ordering it through them so she could assure me it would be shipped on time (going to our mountain cabin and didn't want it to arrive too early but definitely in time for the weekend). I called the store to make sure it had shipped and the person who helped me said it hadn't shipped that the person who ships was out sick. I called the next day and the salesgirl never apologized and wanted me to pay $50 for overnight shipping. REALLY? She asked a manger and said they would waive it and overnight it and guess what? It wasn't overnighted it was next business day. She didn't explain that and I was sooooooo disappointed not to have my coat. The silver lining was it didn't fit perfect and the online customer service handled the return and was fabulous. Still not interested in doing business with them. Please step up your training and customer service. You just lost a new customer but clearly, no one cares. I AM SORRY goes a long way, that is pretty basic customer service folks.

LOVE my new Sheepskin Coat. It's gorgeous!!!! I even received a garment bag and hanger with the coat. I purchased it in the black. I may one day purchase in another color if my size is available. I had to return for another size. Fast process for a return. It was my first purchased with Overland. I will purchase again from Overland.

My wife loved everything about this. What else is there to say? She is 5'1" and 120 lbs. XS fits great and is far more elegant than I expected.

I've had my eye on several Overland sheepskin coats and decided to splurge for Christmas. I'm so happy with the fit and quality of my new treasure. I'm 5'6" and about 135 lbs and purchased a small. Fits great!
