Gorgeous coat but runs a little tight through shoulders
Very pretty coat, runs tight through the shoulders so I could take my usual size (8 or medium) but it was too tight even without anything underneath when I tried to move my arms. I could have worn it and kept it but I was so disappointed by the service I received with the Denver, CO store that I returned it and am shopping elsewhere. I was originally going to order online but called the Denver store to ask specific questions about this coat and the salesgirl was really great (Callie) and talked me into ordering it through them so she could assure me it would be shipped on time (going to our mountain cabin and didn't want it to arrive too early but definitely in time for the weekend). I called the store to make sure it had shipped and the person who helped me said it hadn't shipped that the person who ships was out sick. I called the next day and the salesgirl never apologized and wanted me to pay $50 for overnight shipping. REALLY? She asked a manger and said they would waive it and overnight it and guess what? It wasn't overnighted it was next business day. She didn't explain that and I was sooooooo disappointed not to have my coat. The silver lining was it didn't fit perfect and the online customer service handled the return and was fabulous. Still not interested in doing business with them. Please step up your training and customer service. You just lost a new customer but clearly, no one cares. I AM SORRY goes a long way, that is pretty basic customer service folks.
