The Magic of Merino

Renowned as one of the finest and softest materials in the world, Merino sheepskin makes our slippers and boots extra comfortable and cozy. This coveted sheepskin is much harder to come by, but it's the cream of the crop. We're proud to be one of the select few who choose Merino sheepskin for our slippers. You'll notice the difference in look, durability, and feel from the first moment you slip them on.

Care Instructions

Keep your slippers looking as good as new. Spot clean the outside as needed with a damp cloth, and gently use a suede brush to rejuvenate the slippers’ exterior. Sheepskin slippers should never be put in the washing machine.

Sheepskin contains lanolin, a natural antibacterial that controls odors. To keep your slippers extra fresh, you can sprinkle a bit of baking soda inside now and then and let sit overnight. Gently vacuum the interior the next morning and wear as usual. Another tip: put your slippers in the freezer for 24–48 hour to deodorize (trust us, it works!).

Bought these for my wife

My dear wife has maintained for many years that men's slippers are better designed and she was envious of mine. I bought these for her as an effort to satisfy her longing, and while companies generally don't offer sizes below a men's 8, I was advised by the Overland reps I spoke with that this model reportedly ran small. (She wears size 7.). Very pleased to report that I scored with these and she is mighty pleased.

The quality is good

I wear a size ten, however I had to exchange a size ten for a size eleven. This size is ok, but I probably could have used a size twelve. This is unheard to me as I have always worn a size ten. I also believe I got two right foot slippers. I'm hoping they will stretch a bit after I wear them awhile, however I do wonder about Overland's quality control.

Great Product. Runs Small.

Consistent with other reviews, great quality and comfort. Also consistent is that they run small. I'm a 10.5 and ordered both 11 and 12. Kept the 11. A bit tight, but after a few days of wearing, the shearling is compressing and the leather is stretching. Starting to feel like a fit like a very comfortable glove.

Most comfortable slippers I have purchased. Very high quality. Looks and feels terrific. Highly recommend but advise purchasing at least a half size larger than you normally wear. They are snug.

Slip in to pure comfort.

It took a couple of days for me to figure out to odd feeling my feet felt when I took these slippers off. It is sadness. I've only ever known the sadness as an emotional state. I now have a physical manifestation of sadness. Feet without these slippers are sad. I now enjoy waking up in the morning so I can put my slippers on so much, I may take up napping so I can put them on more often. I wear a 9.5w, I originally ordered a 10 because it said to round up. I had to get a 12 to get a good feel, but they work great with or without socks(even fairly thick ones).
