Gorgeous coat!!

The coat is well made and styled beautifully! Unfortunately, in generic sizing, it did not fit. If it were a true 12 or 14, I could wear it. S,M,L,XL simply does not work on my figure. Disappointed.

Second Overland Coat, EXCELLENT gift

Sumptuous. Luxurious. Elegant. HARDY. Spending 1K on a coat seems absurd, but this item is an absolute investment for the future. It is incredibly well made, the zippers area solid and the seams are re-inforced well. It is also quite simple in its beauty. It is not gaudy or ornate, just authentic in its materials and purpose. I live in an area where winter temps frequently drop to negative teens, and there are at least several times in the winter where it will be -20 to -40. I will absolutely be using this coat during these temps. Personally, even as pricey as this coat is, it is not an item to be bought, then only dealt with in a dainty and cautious manner. Use it. Enjoy its beauty, its warmth, and exceptional craftsmanship. Stored and cleaned appropriately, this coat will withstand years of use. PS. Thank you all for the informative reviews.

Absolutely beautiful coat!

This is my second coat I have purchased from Overland and I love them both! The quality of workmanship; they're great shipping (and fast!) policy; and the overall comfort, warmth and elegance of them is superb! My arms are not that long so I need to always buy petite when it comes to sleeve length. This was not an issue at all with either of my coats as I just rolled them over to the length I desired and what shows is the beautiful fur from inside of the coat forming a cuff! Perfect!

Finally broke down and bought this after a super cold first two months of winter. It is so gorgeous and warm. I usually wear a medium, but sized up to a large to be sure I could fit my sweater under it, and the fit is great, still looks amazing.

I never write reviews, but this coat is so phenomenal I had to leave one-- so exquisite I could hardly believe. Amazing quality, amazing fit, amazing materials and craftsmanship. I ordered size S (I am normally 6-8 - 140 lbs, 36 bust) and fit perfectly!! The interior is so soft and warm -- I am absolutely blown away. Thank you for making such a beautiful coat that I know I will love and wear for years.

Quality and workmanship excellent

I am 5'8" and 150 pounds. I called customer service for a size suggestion because I am in between a medium and large. I ordered the large. It was too large and so I returned it sadly. It is drop dead gorgeous in black and that collar. Oh my. Because it is very warm, I won't order another in this style. The weather here is just not cold enough to justify wearing it a couple days in winter.

My favorite coat ever

Soft, well-made, stylish/elegant without being showy, warm, great fit. Love the dark brown color with the even darker brown fleece. Feels like wearing a warm hug. It was 25 degrees here with a brisk wind yesterday and the hood kept me cozy. I ordered a medium according to the size chart, but it was a bit too snug. Ordered a large and returned the medium. The large is just right; I am 5' 8" and 150 lbs. Great customer service.

Classy Coat

This coat is both chic and warm - cold wind stands no chance with this coat. I wore it during a recent blizzard with 50 mph winds and a windchill of -33F, and I was toasty. Its like the wind just can't get thru the material. It's a heavy duty coat for when you need it. Plus it's comfortable and I think it's one of Overlands more attractive coats, honestly. Definitely would recommend.
