Great quality, very soft, but smells like dead fish
The coat came nicely packaged, with a hanger. The coat itself is very nice, soft leather, nice construction.
However, when it arrived it smelled horrible! Very bad dead fish smell.
It took significant effort to remove the smell. First stored in a bag with a LOT of baking soda. Then hung out in the open air outside for a week, then, finally, cleaned and conditioned with leather cleaner.
After wearing it for a week, the fish smell seems to be gone. And it smells like leather should.
