How durable is this coat? It looks beautiful, but that makes me wonder if I'd be treating it with kid gloves and worrying about wearing it during snow/rain. How does it hold up over time?

Beautiful coat!

This truly is a well constructed coat made with the softest shearling I've ever seen. The blue and rust color is unique and oh so beautiful matching of colors. This would get a 5 start review if it wasn't for the sleeve length, which always ends up being too long for my body. I'm 5'9", and it seems the Overland coats will only fit perfectly if you are over 6'. It would be nice if they carried short sizes.

My favorite jacket.

The color, the warmth, the sizing are perfect. The only thing I would change is: eliminate the collar buckle and strap. Since the zipper goes all the way up, the buckle/strap are unnecessary. Much slicker look. You make that change, I will buy it again.

Beautiful quality

But sized for orangutans. The sleeves were at least two inches too long - seems to be a thing with Overland coats. I bought three different models and returned all three for the same reason.

This what I always wanted.

I am beyond satisfied with the quality of the jacket and the customer service as well. I had to return it the first time to get the right size and all worked like a clock with the refund and the exchange. I would definitely recommend Overland and will buy again.

Great piece of kit

This coat is well worth the money. The shearling feels luxurious against the skin. It is warm when it needs to be and comfortable when it not freezing outside. There was no break in because the sheepskin is supple.

Purchased this Jacket

I purchased this jacket and it awesome. Lots of compliments and very durable, even in inclement weather. This past season during the snow storms this jacket was cozy to wear and I stayed warm with only a sweater under it.

Follow-up on 1 star rating

FedEx finally delivered even though website still had as delayed and after driving 20miles not to find package at pickup location. Coat looks very nice. Son will receive for Christmas and hopefully will enjoy!
