As a first time customer, I had lots of questions regarding fit, product differences, etc., so I called Cust Service on New Year's Day (!) and spoke with Megan, who was FANTASTIC! She answered all my queries, helped me sort my "short list" of jackets and explained all the nuances of Merino shearling! I was going to sleep on it, but the Jungle Edition kept calling to me, so I pulled the trigger on the same day. The jacket arrived on January 3rd, and I was blown away by everything about it! The color variations in the suede are what makes this jacket special, and I was pleasantly surprised to see that they are much more subtle than the photographs might indicate. The fit is perfect (XL for me, at 6'5", 230 lbs) and wearing it is like getting a nice, warm hug! Best of all, the "limited edition" nature of this SKU means I'll likely never see another one like it in the wild. Maybe my bar isn't very high, but an Overland shearling jacket had become a bit of a bucket list purchase, and I couldn't be happier!
