I was walking down the sidewalk of Napa, Ca and saw this hat in the window and it spoke to me. I fell in love with this hat INSTANTLY! I went inside the store, tried it own and could not take it off my head so I purchased it. Since I was traveling and wanted to wear this hat to dinner that night, so the Nick advised me I could wear that heat to dinner and then bring it back to the store the next day & he would ship it to home in Phoenix - Free of Charge....even more reason to buy the hat!. I received a ton of compliments at dinner about how nice my hat looked and fit. I can't wait to go back to Napa and buy more items from this store. They worked as a Team and made me feel valued as a Customer...Thanks Overland Napa!
