Happy as a lark in sheepskin
When I first ordered the black Corbin in size 42, the sleeve was an inch short for me (26 inches from shoulder to sleeve). So I called customer service and spoke with Arlene, who is amazing. I explained how much I loved the Corbin, the craftsmanship, the understated look and the warmth, but that the sleeve was going to expose my wrists to the cold and that, as a result, I probably wouldn't wind up wearing it. As a thought, I asked if she could check to see if another size 42 had a 27-inch sleeve, by chance. Arlene said, "Let me see, I'll call you back." She called me within 15 minutes. She went down to the showroom with a tape measure and found one with a 27-inch sleeve. I made the purchase over the phone and now I'm happy as can be. Yay Arlene. Yay Overland for the best customer service in retail. And yay overland for having the great judgment to have Arlene in a position where the company's rubber meets the money.
