Our classic sheepskin B-3 bomber jacket is a timeless heavyweight, modeled after the original WWII shearling jackets that kept American bomber crews warm in unpressurized cabins at altitudes over 30,000 feet. Made from soft yet durable genuine UK Merino sheepskin with a sturdy Nappa finish exterior, our sheepskin B-3 bomber jacket delivers unbeatable function and enduring style. Plush sheepskin continues throughout the body, the arms, and detachable hood and trims the roll-back cuffs and hem. Aged brass hardware, a sturdy zip-front closure, two hand-warming pockets, an interior zip pocket, and adjustable buckled side tabs complete this iconic winter jacket.

This coat is temperature rated to 1°F in moderate activity, such as walking.

Our iconic Classic Sheepskin B-3 Bomber jacket is offered in three lengths: Standard, Short, and Tall. The difference in both back and sleeve length between each version is 2". The standard length of this jacket is designed to accommodate heights of 5'8" to 6'1". For those over 6' tall with long arms, we suggest ordering a Tall size.

Can the coats offered in the larger sizes be ordered in long or tall as well? Is a 4x or 5x tall available?

Style 16144 offers the largest size we have in long tall with the 3XLT. We don't offer a 4 XLT or 5XLT at this time.

Great quality!

I was hesitant at first but as soon as I put the jacket on, I knew I made a good decision. Very comfortable and warm jacket. I am 5'9" and 155lbs slim build with a 38.5 inch chest and Medium/Short fit me perfectly as my arms are a bit on the shorter side. Definitely recommend this jacket and I am excited to wear it this winter.

Very Nice Sheepskin Jacket (with Detachable Hood)

Just look at the Online Photos and that Sums it all up. An Elagent and sophisticated jacket (I'm between a Large and Extra Large). I purchased the XL to provide extra room for layering of clothing. I'm 6' Tall & weigh 195 lbs and it fits just right (when adding additional layering).
