Quality rugs are generally larger and more evenly shaped. Each pelt is at least 97 cm—much larger than budget-grade rugs.

High-quality sheepskin naturally has a luminous, even tone that’s unmarred by stains or discolorations in the underlying wool.

Natural Comfort

While lower-grade sheepskins may have minor holes, cracks, and scratches on their undersides, the leather on a premium-grade sheepskin is evenly textured, with a well buffed, supple feel (and an anti-slip effect).

Do It.

Buy this joy. Serious. I was nervous it would be too small- it isn't. When they say 8 feet, they mean it. I thought it would look painted/fake. It doesn't. I thought it might be rough or feel synthetic. It's lovely. If you have an interest in a nice rug, you will appreciate this purchase. I can lay on it over our hard wood floor and be very comfortable. Softens up the room.

By far the softest and full sheepskins I have seen. The quality and finish were top notch. The quilted backing and application were done sparing no expense. No additional pad was required. I am using this in the master bedroom in a turret area. it looks like the desk and chair are floating on a cloud. This will be the first of many!

Looks absolutely stunning in my living room. It really is a piece that sparks conversations and is a beautiful focal point for the room. I ordered this online and the quality exceeded my expectations! This rug is so luxuriously thick and soft it feels very indulgent. I purchased this rug for my living room, the round shale is unique and really adds Interest to the room. This is the softest most plush rug I have ever felt, after watching the videos on Overland's website I was impressed, but I was still blown away with how soft and dense the rug actually is. My sister came over to see it and immediately ordered one for herself. It has been very easy to care for and I would highly recommend it.

This was the perfect 8' round rug for our daughter's nursery...exactly what we wanted! Overland was the only one who offered this product in stock and readily available. It is amazingly comfortable. We love it!

Beautiful---but not for my living room

The rug was beautiful, well made, high quality and soft, but alas, not a good fit for my living room. The large was too big and the smaller one would to have been large enough. But Overland's return policy is wonderful and the person I spoke with was very helpful. I'd shop here again anytime!

Incredible rug

This rug exceeded our expectations, the rug itself is incredibly thick and soft, what surprised us is the backing - thick quilted backing that gives the rug tons of cushion, like walking on a cloud. It's our favorite rug in the house. Unfortunately it's our dogs' favorite rug too, as soon as we laid it down we couldn't get them off. It's a 10 out of 10.
