Disappointed with the color black

Was very excited to receive my package today, but my joy turned to disappointment. I ordered a black and cream shawl. The black is not a true black. The color is a 'washed out' black (not as shown online) and looks awful against a true black top. Love the shawl but it looks like it has been through the washer several times and has faded. The cream arrived with obvious snags. I cannot believe that a store location would not closely check an item before sending to a customer. In my 30 plus years of retail, would consider that poor customer service. Will reorder the cream and hope that the next one arrives in better condition. I ordered these because a friend has one and was so looking forward to receiving mine.

Best Purchase in a While

I couldn't wait to get the wrap and when it arrived I was so pleased to see what I got. It is exactly the way the picture is shown and it is the warmest and most comfortable wrap I have bought in a long time. The wooden buttons add personality and they are sewn tightly. I am definitely going to buy other colors.

What's not to like?

This wrap is perfect for a cool evening whether I'm in either of my two "border states" ND or AZ! It's got personality because I can button it 3 different ways, and the color "turquoise" is my favorite! The only complaint I have is that I've only got one color! Try explaining that to the husband if I decided to buy a few more of the same item.
