Lined in bold plaid cotton, this sturdy bag gives you a large interior compartment with a zip pocket, two pouches, and two penholders, as well as an outer zip pocket and generous front pouch, to carry your essentials as well as your occasional items. The outer flap closes with an adjustable turn-lock station that secures your contents. The bonus feature (besides the soft ECO pillow!) is the outer zipper that opens to expand the depth of your Otto bag by an extra 4" all the way around. Removable, adjustable crossbody strap. Gorgeous bag

I love this bag! From the high quality leather to the classic plaid flannel lining and the zip around feature which allows you to expand the size when needed.. Even without the expansion I can fit my 15 inch laptop inside. I've been able to replace my old briefcase with this bag during the work week (and appreciate that it doesn't look like I'm carrying a laptop around) and as a purse on weekends.

BEST purchase EVER!

The leather on this bag is thick, supple, and richly colored. The bag has big and little pockets throughout so you can keep everything separated. The long shoulder strap is wide and nicely padded. Zippers are sturdy and the bag can be expanded to twice the size when unzipped. Pillow is totally cute too.

Expandable zipper beware

This is a stunning bag and the craftsmanship is beyond reproach. Surprisingly, however, there was one issue that caught me off guard. When the expandable zipper was open the exposed zipper teeth scratched and damaged the side of my pant leg and coat. This happened over a couple of months because I was using it almost every day in its expanded form. I'm exchanging it for another bag. There is no question that this product is beautifully made, I just feel that this one issue is a design flaw.

Maybe FINALLY found the right travel bag

I must own at least 10 bags of various sizes, shapes,configurations & materials for use as a "day bag" when traveling. Despite that, when I saw and held this bag, I decided if was a better overall "fit for purpose" bag than any of the others. The materials, quality of construction, accessory pockets, and very comfortable shoulder strap all come together very nicely. The zipper expansion capability makes it even more flexible.
