International Order Procedures
It is Overland's policy to verify all international orders before they are processed.
All international orders paid by credit card will require proof of your identity,
and orders paid by money order will be shipped upon our receipt of payment. For any order outside the United States (50 States and Military Addresses), Overland will ship to the billing address only. This applies to billing addresses in Puerto Rico, additional US Possessions, Canada, and all other foreign countries.
You will be notified by email with the shipping cost to your address outside the
US. For all orders shipped to destinations outside U.S., the recipient will be responsible
for any duties and taxes. These will be payable by the recipient upon delivery.

FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions
How much does it cost to ship internationally?
Shipping rates start at $30. The actual amount depends on the item(s) purchased and where they’re being shipped. All international deliveries require the consignee pay duty and taxes as determined by the Government of the country in which the shipment is received. Please check with your local agency for details on estimated fees. Overland is not responsible for duties and taxes. The customer is responsible for these fees.
What methods of payment does Overland accept?
We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card, money orders, cashier's
checks and personal checks. All checks and money orders need to be made out to Overland,

Please include the style number, size, color and quantity of items you wish to purchase,
along with your name, shipping address and phone number. Please note that we cannot
hold merchandise and we may hold all orders paid by personal check for up to 19
business days while the check clears the bank. All money transactions are in US
Dollars.
When using your credit card, please provide your credit card billing address. If your billing
address or credit card security code does not match the information on file at your
financial institution; if authorization is not given for any reason; or if the issuing
bank cannot support our verification efforts, we reserve the right to cancel your
order.
In most cases, "virtual credit cards" cannot be verified. We do not recommend
using a virtual credit card on Overland orders. If you have further questions, please

What happens if I refuse delivery on an international package?
If an international package is refused for any reason, we will not refund you for
the merchandise, nor for shipping & handling charges. We do not pay for return
shipping when packages are abandoned internationally.
Who is responsible for the duties & taxes and brokerage
fees on an international shipment?
The recipient of the package is responsible for all duties & taxes and brokerage
fees. Duties & taxes and brokerage fees are not included in the shipping &
handling fee we charge. Please check with your local agency for details on estimated
fees.
Are duties & taxes and brokerage fees only charged on the
merchandise?
No. Duties & taxes and brokerage fees are charged on the total amount of the
order, which includes the merchandise and shipping & handling fees.
