    When I first saw this vest in Durango, CO. it was not available in my size. On returning home, I went on line & saw a M was avaiable & ordered it. It arrived FedEx in two days, tried it on & felt I would like to try a L for comparison. Visited your store in Santa Fe & they checked your inventory on line & found a L had become availabe, ordered it for me & had it sent to my home. It arrived in about 4 days. I tried both on, decided on keeping the L, took the M back to the Santa Fe store & they issued a credit to my account for the returned vest with a smile! Excellent customer service, in my opinion!
