I've wanted a shearling vest for my entire lifetime(I'm over 50). This vest was worth the wait. It's everything I thought it should be. The shearling inside is light, not bulky, and very beautiful to look at. It is extremely soft and warm, but not too warm. It is perfect to layer over a cotton shirt in cool weather, or layer over a cashmere sweater in the cold weather. The color is somewhere between a green and a brown and it goes with everything! The fit is snug enough to be flattering, but not tight. The quality of the vest seems excellent. The zipper seems formidable and the suede seems very durable. Only time will tell. The only negative thing about the vest is that it is very pricy! But if this vest lasts over time, it will be a great investment.
