I had to return the product because it was tight on me and it was a gift for a friend whose head is 1/2" LARGER than mine. The product comes with a postage paid return label in addition to refunding my full purchase price. Have only tried it on, not worn it yet. Planning to wear it in Germany in December while enjoying the Christmas Markets. I love the fit and look of it. Seems very warm.

I love my new hat! It is about a half size too big but I would rather it be a little bigger than too tight. I was impressed at how quickly I received my hat. I still need a tan colored hat so I will order that as soon as I see it is back in stock.

This is the most perfect hat. It fits snugly but not too tight. So warm and so flattering. The cuffed part is adjustable to be wider or more narrow to suit the occasion. Hat can be either casual or formal. It is cozy and warm and makes you look beautiful. Will last a lifetime, too!
