I can't believe how wonderful the people are at Overland!! I had to return the gloves I ordered, because they were too smal for my hands. I was called from the main office and had a warm welcome from one of the owners. She suggested a size and she was right on the money for the size. The gloves were delivered on time and they fit perfectly.

I really love them and can't wait to order again from the brochure I was sent.

I first tried these gloves on on a cold, snowy Christmas Eve in Santa Fe, NM. Since I already had a pair of gloves with me, I walked out without buying them. Then I returned home to an even colder, snowier, Ohio after Christmas, and knew I wanted/needed these gloves! I ordered them by phone from the store in Santa Fe, and have been totally happy with them every day since! Thank you for this wonderful product, and for the great service from the sales associate in Santa Fe!
