Hand-cut fringe and ragged edges give our soft deerskin Aponi—the Native American name for butterfly—plenty of southwestern charm. Made by hand in Taos, New Mexico, this generous-fit vest features antique brass D-rings with long twirled fringes adorned with beads, cones, and removable stones. You get 2 front pockets, a ragged hem, and in back, a long vertical row of twirled fringes that follow you everywhere. The deerskin leather has a non-toxic Nano Tech treatment to resist stains and water, while the naked natural leather still shows its original marks, holes, and scratches. 22” long. Made in the USA.
