Another Hit From Overland

This coat is lovely. I was returning an item that did not fit quite right and saw this on the hanger and just could not resist. I normally wear a size small but the medium leaves room to wear a bulky sweater. I am 5'9" with a long body and the coat hits right below the hips which leaves to room to wear a shirt tucked out and still be covered by the coat. I don't really care for the reverse side, but no need to wear it another way. One of the buttons is loose, but I am 100% confident Overland will take care of that. Their customer service is top notch. I love Overland fir the quality of the product and for the truly wonderful customer service.

Coat is great - customer service less so!

The coat fit well (I got a S and am a size 6, it was fine), although it was shipped to an address I had 8 years ago that was 2 states away - despite my Overland shipping conformation and credit card conformation showing my current address - and no other order via PayPal ever shipping there in the last 8 years. Customer service was interested but ineffectual, in terms of my needed timing and resolving things with FedEx in any definitive manner, so I drove 4 hours this morning, over to where I used to live, to retrieve the coat after a friend went last night to pick it up from where it had been left (no signature) at my former address. A mystery as to why, but a significant issue. Nonetheless, the coat is fine (oddly, the neck piece is a bit scratchy!).

I would purchase this coat again.

i have looked at this coat for awhile now and decided to purchase it. While it is mink, it is a style that can be worn over jeans or over a little black dress. I can wear it shopping or going to dinner with friends. IT is such a great cut, length, style that it makes me feel very pulled together.

Such a BEAUTIFUL Mink Fur Coat

This is the PERFECT mink fur coat for extreme cold to mild cold. I live in Texas and travel to Colorado in the winter and this coat is one of my favorites. It's simple elegance. Easy to dress up or down. I get so many complements when I wear my coat. I absolutely LOVE it.
