I live in the Phoenix, Az area and suffer from psoriasis. I got the sheep's skin to use on my chair to give me something airy to sit on. I use it on the seat of my recliner where I spend most of my inactive time. I'm looking forward to having more air-movement under me during the 100 plus temperatures we have here.
