Note that:

(1) We ordered women's slippers. I take normally a women's size 9 or men's 7.

(2) The package contains MEN'S SIZE 13. They are about 2 inches longer than my feet.

(3) The slippers were shipped BEFORE they were supposed to be shipped so sat at the doorstep for over a week.

(4) The package (which I did not open) was taken to our cabin where the errors of size and content were discovered. Of course we have no use for them other than donate to GoodWill,

FedEX left the product on my porch while I was not home and it disappeared after FedEx confirmed this Becky at customer service took over and rectified the problem we are having the new shipment sent to a FedEx delivery spot near my home so I can be sure to receive my order. I bought these at the end of the season last year and didn't get to enjoy them until this year. Everyday I look forward to sliding into them. They are nice and warm, but my feet never get too hot. I have Reynald's syndrome which gives me bad circulation in my feet and the slippers have kept me warm all winter. I like the thick cushy sole which keeps the cold kitchen tile from making my feet cold. As I said, I hope they always have this style- I plan to buy these every time I need a new pair.

These slippers are the best purchase I've made in a very long time! I bought some for my mother for Christmas and decided I deserved some, too. They looked wonderfully soft. I was afraid they might be too warm for me, but I was wrong. They keep my feet perfectly comfortable. I can't wait to get home after work and put them on. I want to be buried in them.

I've bought and worn these shoes for about 15 years. This last pair that I purchased had several things different. One, the sizing is running about 1/2 smaller than the previous shoes I had. My foot size is a 9 but I get a 10 so that I can wear socks with the shoes and the shoe will still be comfortable. The newer shoe was a good 1/2 inch shorter - said it was a 10 but it was way too short and uncomfortable to wear with socks on. Second, the soles on the previous shoes were very well made and very sturdy. On the newer shoe, the soles looks like it was just a piece of hard material that is glued on. I can already tell the sole will not last.
I really like this shoe - it's comfortable to wear around the house and I can easily walk outside with them on and not worry about getting them wet or soiled. However, I don't like the inferior changes that were made.

These were a Christmas gift from my husband last year. I love everything about these slippers except the soles which make a lot of noise on our hardwood floors. Every time I walk it's click, click, click. Slippers shouldn't be noisy. I wish I had sent them back but I felt bad because I had already returned a previous pair because they didn't fit right.
