    love these slippers-just 2 small things

    I love the feel of the slippers, but wish they were in half sizes. I had to get a 7 and they are a little large, but still feel good. The other problem is keeping the shoe strings tied. They are constantly coming undone. I would rate them a 4 3/4 for those reasons, but can't. Would continue to buy them though. I wear them all the time.

                      Love the slippers. We were confused on sizing. Other reviews suggested ordering down a size. We did. they were too short. Customer service was fantastic. We got a fast replacement of one size up. They are wonderful. Fit well and are warm when you step outside!!!!

                                  I think I'm on my fifth pair by now. My family buys a lot of very very nice slippers and coats. I just wish they were located in the SE corner of Washington State.
                                  A note about the irregular comment: My feet are two different sizes so I don't think it's the slippers fault.
