As warm as UGGS, but much more dressy. Wore them for 1 hour when they arrived as they were so cozy. I was initially concerned as the shaft seemed too small around when I initially put them on. I tugged on the boots to bring the 2 edges together for the last few inches the first time. However, since then, I have not had the trouble again. The sheepskin seems to stretch with the first wearing, a sign of the good quality of the leather used in the boot. So, if your boots are a little small around initially, work with them a bit, as they likely will accomodate to your leg as well.
